Fees and Payments

As the cost of living has dramatically increased in British Columbia, please be advised that a Daily Transportation Fee of $9.95 (+GST) will be added per service day on top of the hourly support fees. This fee is given directly to the service provider. In addition:

 

  • Overtime will be charged for every additional 15 minutes (or portion) according to the hourly rate.
  • Services rendered on Statutory Holidays are charged at a time and a half per the hourly rate.
  • There will be an extra fee for Reporting and Administration if reports are needed.
  • For extended stays (e.g. accompanying you on a vacation or staying over for an extended duration), we will charge 10 hours at the regular hourly rate per day.
  • Invoices to be billed every 15 days and paid within 15 days.
